The Northwest Iowa Amateur Radio Club (NIARC)was formed in 2004 to serve the four county area of Sioux, O’Brien, Lyon, Plymouth and Osceola Counties in Iowa. NIARC meetings are held at the NCC college on the 4th Tuesday of each month, except December, at 7 p.m.
